Please read this Disclaimer carefully before using www.trafficridersmod.com (“the Website”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

No Affiliation With the Official Developer

This Website is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by SK Games (Skgames Yazilim Muhendislik Teknoloji Ltd. Sti.), the developer of Traffic Rider, or by Google, Apple, or any app store. “Traffic Rider” and all related names, logos, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the game and describe the content on this Website. We do not claim ownership of the game or any of its intellectual property.

Official Version vs. Modified Versions

  • The official version of Traffic Rider is published by its developer and is available through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Those are the only sources that come with official updates and official developer support.
  • Some files and guides on this Website relate to modified (“mod”) versions of the game. These are created by third parties, not by the official developer, and they may change or unlock features such as in-game currency, motorcycles, upgrades, or advertising.
  • Modified versions are not the same as the official app, are not supported by the official developer, and may stop working at any time, including after an official update.

Information Purposes Only

The content on this Website is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, or technical advice. Descriptions of features, versions, file sizes, system requirements, and installation steps are provided as general guidance and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.

Use at Your Own Risk

Downloading and installing any app from outside the official app stores, including modified APK or IPA files, carries risk. These risks include, but are not limited to:

  • Malware, viruses, or other harmful code, even if a file appeared clean when we checked it;
  • Loss or corruption of game progress and data;
  • Instability, crashes, or damage to your device, software, or accounts;
  • Privacy and security issues, including exposure of personal data;
  • Suspension or termination of your game, store, or platform account;
  • Conflicts with the app’s or platform’s terms of service.

When we say a file has been “tested” or “scanned,” this describes only what we observed at the time. It is not a guarantee that any file is safe, virus-free, or will work on your device. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to download or install anything, and for scanning files and backing up your data first.

Legal Compliance and Your Responsibility

Laws and platform rules about modifying and installing software differ by country and by platform. It is your responsibility to make sure that your use of any app or file complies with the laws of your country, the terms of service of the game and any store or platform you use, and your device manufacturer’s rules. We do not encourage or condone piracy, cheating in multiplayer environments, or any violation of intellectual property rights.

No Warranties

The Website and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any file or content is accurate, safe, or reliable, or that any file will work with your device or any version of the game.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our team members, contributors, and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or any content or file obtained through it. This includes loss of data, loss of account access, device damage, or any other harm.

The Website may link to third-party websites, app stores, emulators, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for their content, security, or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
